Yesterday was a good day. Yes i got up 2 hours later than planned and went for a short cycle to wake up. So cool, ran into three familiar faces during that time. The day went well and smoothly enough. Did some bio and watched more episodes the whole morning and afternoon till about 3 to prepare for aural/performance session. Met vanessa at 345 and ate doughnuts before class. Session was good, i think i'm gonna die for aural but anyway.. playing was alright but i'm totally drowning out the piano's sound. Poor ms dawn. Anyway off for NP/NYP combined school orchestra concert after that to watch with John jess and brennan. Ben was the CM and 2 of his arragements were played! I feel so honoured cos he kept showing me and letting me listen while he was in the process of arranging. So yesterday was his big night featuring at VCH. Well done buddy. One last thing, dinner last night and prac this morning made me feel really supported. My fellow musicians were so quick to give me a yes when i invited them for my recital.. Whole choir too in fact. Just something that gave me some lift very recently (: |
